Warranty Info

Format Aerospace, Inc. warrants that it will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace or refund the invoice price for any unit which, within 180 days of shipment is found to have defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use. Format Aerospace is in no event liable for actual or consequential damages.

The warranty period shall run for 180 days from shipment of the original unit. Should a replacement unit be provided under the terms of this warranty the warranty period is not extended beyond the 180 day period from shipment of the original unit.

This warranty is void and of no effect if the defect is due to tampering, improper handling, improper installation, use, operation or if any warranty seals are altered, removed or tampered with. In instances of non-payment or account delinquency warranty consideration may be denied.

Format Aerospace, Inc. is not responsible for equipment removal, reinstallation or transportation costs. Shipping costs to return units for warranty consideration and for return of the unit after any repairs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
